Built on the experience, lessons and successes of his previous restaurants, Peter Chang Herndon offers a wide variety of dishes: from Tapas-Style small dishes for trying out new things to large centerpiece dishes meant to wow a whole group and from brunch time dim sum for a family gathering to evening take-outs and deliveries for friends just hanging out.
